Extra Challenge is a Philippine reality show developed by GMA News and Public Affairs which premiered in 1999. As a reality competition, Extra Challenge features celebrities pitted against each other in several challenges. In 2012, Extra Challenge was picked by GMA Network for a new season and new hosts – Richard Gutierrez, Marian Rivera, & Norman "Boobay" Balbuena. Contrary to the previous seasons, the latest reincarnation will air on weekends.
